In your email, please indicate following information;
- Presentation type (Invited, Oral, or Poster presentation).
- Your full name, title, affiliation, position/grade, and country.
- Email of presenting author.
Time slots for oral presentations are limited, then some of the requests
of oral presentations may not be accepted (transferred to poster presentation).
Final decisions will be made by the Committee, which will be notified to
the authors in the middle of August.
Submission deadline is 31 July 2017.
Deadline of abstract submission is postponed to 17:00 Japanese Time on 9 August.
Abstract submission has closed, but we can accept some poster presentations
as Late News by the end of September. Please submit your abstract by email
below.

If you do not receive an email of a receipt of your abstract within 2 business
days after submittance, please let us know.
