Instruction for presenters

• All presentations are done in Room 201 on the 2nd floor of the Research Institutes Building II.
• Invited talk is 30 minutes including 5 minutes discussion.
• Contributed oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes discussion.
• An LCD projector, a windows laptop computer, laser pointer, and microphones will be provided in the room.
• The presenters can copy the file using a USB memory and use the provided computer.
• Presenters may use their own PC with the standard VGA or HDMI port, but they should check the connection prior to the presentation.
• Mac users should bring their own adapter cable.
  

• Poster session is scheduled on 16:15-18:00 on 23 (Thursday) in Room 301 on the 3rd floor of the Research Institutes Building II.
• The room is the same as the place of lunch.
• Poster should be mounted by the afternoon coffee break time on 23.
• Poster can be removed at the end of the poster session, but also can be continuously posted until noon of 25 (Saturday).
• The size of the poster board is 180 cm x 90 cm. Do not exceed this size.
• Pushpins will be provided in the poster session room.
• Author must be present for discussion during the poster session time.
